AetherPath Academy

AetherPath is committed to providing the best training system and learning experience for all participants. Please read the following refund policy before making a payment or registering for the program.


1. General Provisions


By making a payment for the AetherPath program, participants are considered to have understood and agreed to the applicable refund policy.

Each payment is used for operational needs, system development, provision of materials, and reservation of participant slots in the program.


2. Payments Are Final


Unless stated otherwise in writing:

  • All confirmed payments are final
  • Payments cannot be unilaterally canceled by the participant
  • Payments cannot be transferred to another party without AetherPath's approval

 

3. Conditions That Do Not Qualify for Refund


Refunds do not apply if:

  • The participant changes their mind after making a payment
  • The participant is absent or inactive in the program
  • The participant does not complete the program
  • The participant violates academy rules
  • The participant feels the program does not meet personal expectations after it has started


4. Conditions That May Be Considered for Refund


Refunds can only be considered under certain conditions, such as:

  • A double payment error occurred
  • The program was completely canceled by AetherPath
  • Participants are unable to attend the program for certain reasons approved by AetherPath

Each refund request will be reviewed individually and the final decision is entirely at the discretion of AetherPath.


5. Refund Application Process


Participants wishing to apply for a refund must:

  • Contact the AetherPath team via email or official contact
  • Include proof of payment
  • Clearly explain the reason for the refund request

Refund requests that do not meet the requirements may be rejected.


6. Refund Processing Time


If the refund is approved:

  • The refund process may take up to 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be sent via the payment method allowed according to AetherPath's policy


7. Fee Deductions


AetherPath reserves the right to impose administrative fees or transaction fees if necessary during the refund process.


8. Digital Programs & Access to Materials


For programs that have already provided access to:

  • Digital materials
  • Learning videos
  • Dashboard
  • Exclusive community
  • Training sessions

refunds generally cannot be made because access to services has been granted.


9. Schedule Changes


Changes in schedule, coach, or minor structure in the program do not constitute a reason for a refund as long as the program continues to run as intended.
