2. Participant Eligibility

By participating in the AetherPath program, participants declare that:

• They understand that the program requires discipline and commitment

Participants under the age of 18 are advised to obtain permission from a parent or guardian before joining.

3. Program Structure

The AetherPath program may include:

• Learning materials
• Live coaching sessions
• Replay analysis
• Scrim & evaluation
• Progress tracking

The program structure can be updated or adjusted at any time to improve the quality of learning.

4. Payment & Registration

• Registration is considered valid after payment has been successfully confirmed.
• Payments are non-transferable without AetherPath's approval.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is correct.
• Some programs have limited quotas and a selection system.

5. Refund Policy

Unless stated otherwise:

• Payments made are non-refundable.
• Refunds can only be considered under certain conditions according to AetherPath's policy.
• Participant absence after registration is not a reason for a refund.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are required to:

• Maintain a polite and professional attitude.
• Respect coaches, staff, and other participants.
• Not engage in cheating, account sharing, toxic behavior, harassment, or actions that disrupt the learning environment.
• Use academic materials responsibly.

AetherPath reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend, or expel participants who violate the rules.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided by AetherPath, including but not limited to:

• Curriculum
• Learning videos
• Documents
• Training systems
• Branding assets

is the property of AetherPath and may not be copied, distributed, resold, or used without written permission.

8. Competitive & Professional Results

AetherPath provides a structured development and training system. However:

• Participation in the program does not guarantee entry into a professional team.
• It does not guarantee esports contracts, sponsorships, or competitive success.
• The results of each participant depend on discipline, consistency, effort, and individual performance.

AetherPath may provide certain exposure or opportunities, but the final decision remains with external parties such as teams or esports organizations.

9. Schedule & Program Changes

AetherPath reserves the right to:

• Change the schedule.
• Replace coaches or materials.
• Adjust the program structure.
• Postpone certain sessions if necessary.

Changes will be communicated to participants as best as possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

AetherPath is not responsible for:

• Internet or technical issues on the participant's side.
• Damage to personal devices.
• Losses due to participant negligence.
• Issues on third-party platforms.

Participants are responsible for ensuring adequate devices and internet connections to participate in the online program.

11. Privacy

Participant data provided through forms or communication media is used solely for operational purposes, communication, and the development of AetherPath programs.

AetherPath will not intentionally sell or distribute participants' personal data to unauthorized parties.

12. Termination of Participation

AetherPath reserves the right to terminate a participant's participation if:

• Violating academy rules
• Engaging in actions that harm the learning environment
• Damaging the reputation or integrity of AetherPath

The decision to terminate participation is entirely at the discretion of AetherPath.
